RT Western has fast become a premier DFH company specializing in commercial, mixed-use, tenant improvement and hospitality projects in California. RT Western Maintenance started in 2005 as a final construction cleaning company sporting a name change to RT Western, Inc. in 2014 which expanded its portfolio of products to include doors, frames, hardware, and misc. carpentry with installation services.

The financial hub of the company is positioned in the heart of San Francisco while the office and warehouse operations are centrally located in Stockton, Ca. With over 25,000 square feet of warehouse space, we can house and deliver products quickly to meet our client’s needs.

We assist our clients with conceptual design services to fully computer-generated estimates and submittals capturing the attributes of each opening separately including installation. We offer Fire Door Assembly Inspection (FDAI) services should your project require it. Additionally, we have a AHC (Architectural Hardware Consultant) on our staff that can assist owners and architects on complex hardware requirements.
